Well situated close to old town area(max 10-15 min.walk). We got un upgrade for a junior suite which was much larger than a usual hotel room is Spain. For those who are shy bathroom wall is glass made 🤭 but there is a shader inside so some parts can be hidden🤭 Absolut positive point that windows can be opened, which can be rare nowadays. Parking had really large space for all cars-just across the street 50 m away (not underground garage).

Great facilities in the room: A fridge, kettle + tea bags, coffee machine and desk for working at. Clean, comfortable and quiet, with plenty of space for suitcase and clothing. Bright, contemporary decor. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants. Easily found free parking nearby on Rúa A. Noriega Varela.

I stay at a lot of hotels and visit Ourense at least every other year. The NH is a terrific spot with a great front-desk and wonderful rooms. Everything felt fresh and new. The level of cleanliness and attention to detail was impeccable. The bed was very good and the shower was first-rate. They have a small but beautiful rooftop bar with light bites too. Very good service here as well. This stylish and attractive spot -- much like the lovely city of Ourense, its people -- is a winner.

The room was excellent: clean, very spacious, great deco, and very quiet. The bed was large and very comfortable. The mini-bar was basic but useful. We appreciated the bottle of complementary water. The facilities to make tea and coffee in the room were excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel experience we have had in Ourense, and we have been to quite a few hotels in the city over the years.

The gym is a nice added feature. You can also have water and some fresh apples right there. The sweets they put at the lobby are also a nice add-on. I did no use the hotel parking as I could park near, outside in the street, out of the controlled "blue zone".

A welcoming hotel with friendly staff, large room with a very comfortable bed and good air conditioning (it was 35C when we were there). We parked in the secure garage, personally 15 euro per night seemed very reasonable.

Great staff, excellent bar on the corner just next door, easy to find on street parking nearby, good shower, comfy bed, i would definitely stay again and will do so

Good location. Comfortable bed. Excellent information assistance from staff. We were there for two nights and as usual we opted not to have a cleaning/laundry service during our stay. As a a reward for this eco choice we received a drinks voucher for the pleasant roof top bar.

A clean tidy room with good facilities, nice shower, we were given a top floor room with terrace, helpful staff, parking available nearby for around 16 Euros oer day.
